How to Automatically Deliver Latest News to your Telegram Channel

In my previous article on “How Butterfly Effect takes place in the Organization” (https://medium.com/@chengkhengchic/how-butterfly-effect-takes-place-in-the-organization-36d62b7ade07), we have discussed about making the first step of change to create the butterfly effect.

Subsequently, people asked me, “How to be adaptive?” “How to take that first step of change?”

In order for someone to be adaptive, we need to know the change. “What has changed in your environment, your context, your industry, the world?” This is the first question we must ask ourselves. Hence, in order to know what’s change, Environmental Scanning is one key activity one should consider.

This then has prompted me to ponder on leveraging on technologies in an attempt to automate environmental scanning, to a small extent, to at least get updated information served to the targeted audiences’ “pockets”. I was thinking of a RSS News Feed to be served to their mobile apps.

Today, with a Mission to enable people to be ambidextrous, it is important for them to know what the change is, especially in a VUCA world like today.
