Sharing some contents on a workshop on “Knowing your Customers through their DISC styles” that I facilitated couple of years back. Hope these curated contents would be helpful for you to learn more about your customers, and react according to how they want to be treated.

What they often fail to understand is that they could be so much more successful by selling the way their customer buys. Do you know the warning signs that suggest you are probably selling in the wrong style for your customers? You know how sometimes you just click better with some people.
