Setting up the Climate for better Adaptability in the Adaptive Zone

As we know, the challenges we are confronting today is no longer a technical challenge where there is a known root cause and solution, but that of an adaptive challenge where no known cause has ever surfaced and novel solution is required to breakthrough the systemic effect of complexity the world has installed for us.
